Ferry Cancellation and Refund Policy

Important Note:

All pending payments for ferry bookings must be cleared within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email and ticket details. Timely payment is essential to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy (After Ticket Issuance)

Makruzz Ferry

Processing Fee: ₹250

More than 48 hours before departure:

₹250 per ticket (processing fee)

50% Refund

Between 48 to 24 hours before departure:

50% of the ticket cost

No Refund

Within 24 hours of departure:

No refund

Green Ocean Ferry

Documentation Charge: ₹250

More than 48 hours before departure:

₹250 per ticket (documentation charge)

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

In cases where the ferry service is cancelled due to operational issues, adverse weather, or any reason beyond the operator's control, passengers are entitled to:

Full Refund

Complete refund of the booking amount

Travel Credit

Credit equivalent to booking amount for future travel

Additional Information

  • Tickets booked in Deluxe or Royal Class after 6:00 PM for travel the following day will not include the complimentary snack box.
  • If Premium Class tickets (with paid snacks) are cancelled after 6:00 PM for next-day travel, the snack charges are non-refundable.
  • Ferry operators reserve the right to cancel or revise the schedule due to operational or regulatory reasons.

Token Amount & Pre-Payment Cancellation

If you cancel your booking before final payment, the initial token amount paid will be treated as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
